2. Product Authenticity
All products listed on Rickshaw Nepal are guaranteed to be authentic Himalayan handicrafts. Variations in color, texture, and size are inherent to handmade products and are not considered defects.
3. Export & Logistics
Shipping costs and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated. We provide all necessary export documentation from Kathmandu, Nepal.
4. Ethical Sourcing
We guarantee that all artisans involved in the production of our items are paid fair wages and work in safe conditions. We do not tolerate child labor or forced labor in our supply chain.
